What changes did you notice on your body?

I replaced my fat with muscle and gained 5 pounds.

Body fat was around 12% and ended under 10%.


Did you have any changes in strength?

I gained 30 pounds on my bench, 50 pounds on my squat, and 20 pounds on hang clean.


What’s your training program?

Upper/Lower split routine

  • Upper Body – Bench,flys,dips,bent over bb rows and yates row, pull ups, hang clean,military press,incline db press, lateral raises, chinups, pullups, incline curls, hammer curls, regular curls
  • Lower Body – Squats 5×5 increasing weight on bar by 5 pounds each workout, hamstring ball curls, calf raises

I noticed results in less than two weeks and could always push out an extra rep or two. The definition of my chest, arms, and abs increased by a lot. I had great strength gains with my bench going up 30 pounds and squat 50 pounds.
